Arla/OpenAFS performance on Windows 2000

Details: OpenAFS 1.3.64 vs development version of Arla, on w2k SP4. Dedicated fileserver. 64M cache with 3000 nodes. Plots show averages over ten runs, with cache cleared inbetween. The cache was located on a separate disk partition, newly formatted for each of the tested filesystems.
