Binaries for linux/sparc, linux/intel, linux/alpha, solaris2.5/sparc
and osf3.2/alpha are available here:

	ftp://ftp.matematik.su.se/pub/unix/networking/heimdal/bin

Together with a mirror of the heimdal distribution site. The tarballs
should be untared in /usr/local (they contain /usr/local/heimdal) and
use shared libraries. You may need to kick your runtime link editor 
(ld.so.conf , LD_LIBRARY_PATH, whatever) to make it work. Contributions 
of other platforms might be nice...
