problem in client/server with heimdal

hi all!
  can someone tell me how to run the sample client and server given
with heimdal?

i ran
#appl/test/gssapi_server

and
#appl/test/gssapi_client hostname

output for client was:
gssapi_client: gss_init_sec_context
Server not found in Kerberos database

output for server was:
gssapi_server: read: No such file or directory

what database entries do i need to do? i followed the instructions given in 
info/heimdal.info.
