Blowfish encryption support for Heimdal 0.2t

Hello,

I've added Blowfish support to Heimdal. The patch can be found at
http://valerie.inf.elte.hu/~gombasg/ldap/heimdal-blowfish.2000-05-26.
Blowfish support needs the OpenSSL crypto library to be installed.

Blowfish support is also added to the gssapi library.

I've modified libdes to use OpenSSL's des, md5, sha1 and rc4 routines if
libcrypto is installed (there is no reason to have them in two different
libraries). Due to this change I suggest renaming libdes to some more
generic name (like libkrbcrypto or something).

Any comments are welcome.
