I adapted a set of patches for Heimdal-OpenSSH integration to use the
MIT Kerberos libraries. In general, it appears that _most_ of the functions
are equivalent - there are some that take different arguments, and some
functions that are Heimdal only, which require equivalents to be implemented.

Would it be useful for others if some sort of a list of these were 
maintained?
