kerberos 4 problem

Why is it that I can get tickets from heimdal from v4 clients but everything
else fails? To be more precise, rcmd seems to fail (tried with both ssh1 and
telnet).
The kdc log shows this:
"Server not found in database: rcmd.ninoy@UNET.NET.PH: Failed to convert v4
principal"

I'm sure it's just something I forgot to do but I'll be damned if I can
figure out what. This is on an OpenBSD 2.8 system, btw.
