I don't know if native Heimdal might be compiled under Windows but
some parts of Heimdal is included in KTelnet. KTelnet is my Kerberos
Telnet and FTP based on KTH-KRB4 and Heimdal but it will only
support the client side of a connection. KTelnet will run under
Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP.

Please note that Heimdal only exists in the V3-track (beta).
