heimdal-0.xy & afslog

Hello.

I found in the documentation /usr/src/heimdal-0.4e/doc/heimdal.info:

Heimdal has the following features (this does not mean any of this
works):
...
   * a library `libkafs' for authenticating to AFS and a program
     `afslog' that uses it
...

my configure is:

./configure  --with-openldap=/usr/local/bin/
--with-openldap-lib=/usr/local/lib
--with-openldap-include=/usr/src/openldap-2.0.21/include/ --without-ipv6


configure and make do nothing in the directory
/usr/src/heimdal-0.4e/appl/afsutil

what's wrong?
