Hello all,
a new version of the PKINIT patch is available at 
http://meta.cesnet.cz/software/heimdal/pkinit.en.html

Besides several bugfixes this version contains true CMS support (thanks to
Mario Strasser for advice on ASN.1). I haven't testet it against Windows 2000 
and I'm affraid still much work will have to be done but it should be a solid
startpoint for really interoparable PKINIT implementation.
