The database format have not changed.

RFC3244 support have been added to kpasswdd, so windows clients can change
passwords with 0.7.

yes, its compatible if you don't use new enctypes.

yes, there is no api changes (but ABI changes with major version bumps of
the libraries). perl module still builds.
