heimdal 0.8-rc4

Hello

Now the 0.8 release shouldn't be very far off in time.

The 4th release candidate contains all functionallity that I want to
have in the release. Now there is only bugs left.

For you that use anonymous CVS, a branch is cut (heimdal-0-8-branch)
that only will contain bugfixes for the 0.8 branch.

If you want to have binary packages for your favorite operating system,
now would be the time to contribute the package/rpm/pkg/...
