I did rewrite some of the credential handling code today to handle the  
no-working cc-api set_principal.

Here is an snapshot.

Its too much code to pull up to heimdal-1-0-branch so I'm considering  
what to do, either the patch on krbdev, or do a 1.0.2 and a 1.1 at the  
same time.
