Death Valley Date: Tuesday 1999-07-20 Written: Friday 1999-07-23

Not surprisingly we noted our heat record in Death Valley. The wind was strong in some places but hot and it whipped up sand and salt which hurt. Still Death Valley is one of the most beautiful national parks (at least according to Max) and there are several different types of desert here. Here you can also find the lowest place on this hemisphere. Ohh, by the way, Max want to say that the sand dunes are awesome, dude :-)
