Do you have any specific reason that you want to use v4 or ka? Modern
AFS works with v5 out of the box. You may end up debugging something
that you don't need.

That is great news, I guess I must be using some old documentation. Do you know of any good Heimdal/OpenAFS setup guides? Thanks!
