Which has been interpreted that i meant that the heimdal documentation
sucks or that there aren't any. That is not the case. As this example
shows, the OPENAFS documentation has lead people to believe you still
need v4 or ka.

I have to admit that I have difficulties to navigte between
http://www.h5l.org/ and http://www.h5l.se/ to actually find what I
want, but I know it is there, somewhere.
