As far as I can tell, that mail was never sent to the spki wg mailing
list. Strange. I would really have expected the wg to update the
"structure" specification and get it through to publication as an RFC,
before concluding.
Anyway, when speaking about implementations, I have a partial
implementation in lsh (see
http://www.lysator.liu.se/~nisse/lsh/src/spki.h and
http://www.lysator.liu.se/~nisse/lsh/src/spki.c), unfortunately the
SPKI support in lsh is still very limited.
